Spin – 45-60 min.

An indoor cycling class where you ride to the rhythm of the music. You will ride flat roads, hills, and incorporate jumps and sprints. Make sure you bring a water bottle and grab a sweat towel for a great cardio workout.

BodyPump – 60 min.

This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, certified instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get results fast.

Stability Ball – 60 min.

Enhance balance, strength, and flexibility with the use of the stability ball and free weights. The focus is on strong core (abdominals, hips, lower back), which is essential to optimal fitness.

Total Body Conditioning – 45 min.

If you want it all, this class is for you. This class will help you get your body into peak condition. With exercises designed to define the abdominals, the upper and lower body, total body conditioning is everything you’ve been wanting and more!

 

 

 

 


Whether you’re training for an event or trying to get back into an old wardrobe, our personal trainers are here to help you succeed!Training sessions take place at Alpine Tennis and Fitness.

Personal training fees are non refundable and non-transferable.  Alpine Tennis and Fitness requires that clients give at least 5 hours notice for appointment cancellations.  Missed appointments will mean forfeiture of that session.

  • 1 session $48 each
  • 1/2 hour personal training $26 each

Junior Prices (14-18 years old)

  • 1 hour personal training $41 each
  • 1/2 hour personal training $21 each

Group Rates

  • 1 hour training, 2 members $32 each
