More Than Tennis!

Sometimes you need some extra cross-training for your tennis game. We got you covered!

We offer a number of fitness classes to accomodate a variety of workout preferences, from Yoga, Body Pump, Spin, Stability Ball and Total Body Conditioning. All fitness classes are included with your membership. While membership is required to participate in the fitness classes, potential members are welcome to attend a class before joining. Please make arrangements with Alpine staff prior to class time by calling 563.556.1234.

Our cardio room houses treadmills, ellipticals, and our brand new Schwinn A.C. Performance Indoor Cycle Trainers! The Schwinn Trainers use magnets and aluminum disks to generate smooth, non-wearing resistance, which are easier on your joints. And if you need to build muscle, or maintain what you've got, we have free weights and Nautilus machines on our loft overlooking the courts.

Body Pump - By Les Mills

This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, certified instructors, and your choice of weight, inspire you to get results fast.

Spin

An indoor cycling class where you ride to the rhythm of music. You will ride flat roads, hills, and incorporate jumps and sprints. Make sure you bring a water bottle and grab a sweat towel for a great cardio workout.

Total Body Conditioning

If you want it all, this class is for you. This class will help you get your body into peak condition. With exercises designed to define the abdominals, the upper and lower body, total body conditioning is everything you’ve been wanting and more!
